Cryotherapy involves creating localized freezing temperatures with the use of liquid nitrogen as a method of treating abnormal skin cells. It is used to treat a variety of benign and pre-malignant tissue damage.
At Serenity MedSpa we can address a multitude of skin conditions such as Actinic Keratosis, Seborrheic Keratosis, Angiomas, Solar Lentigos (age spots), sebaceous hyperplasia, and warts to name a few. We use dermoscopy, an advanced technique using magnification and polarized light, to examine these higher-risk lesions.
